I'm trying to find the best way to color in Photoshop. For me, that means the easiest to understand, and maybe the fastest. Here's the most straightforward I can think of: scan it in, ink it over in a new layer, uncheck the eye for the sketch so it's just ink, then fill and shade with the brushes.
